Lease of apartment houses at the Radava Yacht Club
Monthly rent: CZK 12,000
(an apartment house must be rented for at least for one full season)
The rent includes:
- 50% discount for anchoring a single boar at the Radava Yacht Club marine;
- membership at the Radava Yacht Club;
- free access to the Yacht Club;
- free access to the yacht lounge at the Colorado Restaurant;
- a priority right to rent an anchorage place;
- access to the facilities, the use of dressing room and lavatory facilities, access to special club events;
- possibility to organize member’s own events or parties at the Yacht Club + free accommodation at a room with 12 beds - all that twice a year (the booking ledger is at the YCR central office);
- use of space (the fridge, cabinets) for food storage;
- minor repairs at the repair shop, the right to bring guests to the club facilities;
- Free WiFi internet access
- depository for kickers;
- a parking lot for a single car;
- a discount card:
- - 50% for the Yacht Club Rada restaurant;
- - 20% for the Colorado restaurant, 2 pieces per boat;
- - 10% for boat maintenance services;
- - 50% off fees for sports equipment renting (ATV motorbikes, water-skies);
- free sports equipment (no fees for badminton sets, table tennis, beach tennis, board games, electronic darts, volleyballs, soccer balls).
Apartment house equipment:
- kitchenette with basic equipment;
- fridge (82 liters);
- induction cooker;
- 2 beds + an additional bed (sofa bed), including bedding;
- 2 dressers;
- LCD TV set;
- bar + 3 chairs;
- 2 wardrobes + a shoe rack;
- a spacious bathroom;
- a separated restroom.
Yacht Club Radava Membership Conditions
The club membership is voluntary. Any unimpeachable citizen who files for membership and accepts the Statutes of the Club may become a member on the basis decision by the YC Radava supreme body.
